We want you to love the jewelry you get from us. If something isn’t right, we’ve made returning it as simple as possible.

How long do I have to return?

You have 30 days from delivery to return your items. This includes the standard 14-day EU cooling-off period, plus an extra 16 days — because we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Ready to return something? The easiest way is to fill out our online return form — it guides you through everything in just a few steps:

Prefer email? Write to info@annika.jewelry with your order number and the items you’d like to return. Then pack your items carefully (original packaging works best) and ship them to the address we confirm. Just let us know within the 30-day window, and send the items back within 14 days after that.

What can I return?

We accept returns when:

• Items are unworn and in perfect condition
• Tags and protective coverings are still attached
• You’ve included all packaging, certificates, and documentation

What about shipping costs?

You’ll cover the return shipping costs unless we made a mistake (like sending the wrong item, or if something arrived damaged). Tip: use a tracked shipping service so we can both follow your return’s journey.

Things we can’t take back

A few exceptions to our return policy:

• Custom or personalized jewelry
• Items with broken hygiene seals
• Digital products or gift cards
• Items marked as “final sale”

Getting your money back

After we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items, email you to confirm your refund is approved, and process it within 14 days. You’ll be refunded through the same payment method you used. If you return your entire order, we’ll refund both the item price and standard shipping.

Want something different instead?

For a different size or style, the fastest way is to return your current item using this policy and place a new order for what you’d like. This gets your new jewelry to you as quickly as possible.

Received something damaged?

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours with photos showing the issue. We’ll arrange a return and either refund or replace it at no cost to you.

Still waiting for your refund?

If it’s been more than 21 days since we confirmed your refund, check with your bank or card company first — refunds can take time to appear. If it’s still not showing, email us and we’ll look into it.
