All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance included at no extra cost. Our shipping practices comply with EU cross-border parcel delivery regulations.
We charge a standard VAT rate of 21% on all purchases, regardless of the destination country within the EU. This VAT is included in the displayed prices and will be clearly itemized on your invoice. We comply with all One-Stop Shop (OSS) VAT reporting requirements for EU cross-border sales.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
As an additional customer benefit, we extend this cancellation period to a total of 30 days (standard 14-day EU right of withdrawal plus an additional 16 day period). The following conditions apply to returns:
Products must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
All our products come with a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU consumer law. This warranty covers manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper use/care.
