We're Here to Help

We want you to love your jewelry you got from us. If something isn't right, we've made returning items as simple as possible.

How Long Do I Have to Return?

You have 30 days from delivery to return your items. This includes the standard 14-day EU cooling-off period plus an extra 16 days because we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Starting Your Return

Ready to return something? Here's how:

  1. Email us at info@annika.jewelry with your order number
  2. Tell us which items you're returning and why
  3. We'll send you a return form and instructions
  4. Pack up your items carefully (original packaging works best)
  5. Include the completed return form
  6. Ship it to the address we provide

Remember to let us know within the 30-day window, and then ship your items back within 14 days after that.

What Can I Return?

We accept returns when:

  • Items are unworn and in perfect condition
  • Tags and protective coverings are still attached
  • You've included all packaging, certificates, and documentation

What About Shipping Costs?

You'll need to cover the return shipping costs unless we made a mistake (like sending the wrong item or if something arrived damaged).

Pro tip: Use a tracked shipping service so we can both follow your return's journey.

Things We Can't Take Back

A few exceptions to our return policy:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Items with broken hygiene seals
  • Digital products or gift cards
  • Items marked as "final sale"

Getting Your Money Back

After we receive your return, we'll:

  1. Inspect the items
  2. Email you to confirm your refund is approved
  3. Process your refund within 14 days

You'll receive your refund through the same payment method you used to buy the item. We'll refund both the item price and standard shipping if you're returning your entire order.

Want Something Different Instead?

If you'd like a different size or style, the fastest way is to:

  1. Return your current item using this policy
  2. Place a new order for what you want

This gets your new jewelry to you as quickly as possible.

Received Something Damaged?

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Email us within 48 hours
  2. Send photos showing the issue
  3. We'll arrange a return and either refund or replace it at no cost to you

Still Waiting for Your Refund?

If it's been more than 21 days since we confirmed your refund:

  • Check with your bank or credit card company first (sometimes refunds take time to appear)
  • If it's still not showing up, email us.
